So, in the previous story Haruna did have a pregnancy test with her, but here we have 'pseudocyesis' which in layman's terms is false pregnancy (which is a real medical phenomenon).

I suspect one of the following:

1. Haruna never got pregnant to begin with (worst case is she's barren)
2. Miscarriage
3. Stillbirth
4. The child died soon after birth

I'd go with option 4 for this one. And considering how terrible it is for a normal woman to go through this, it's no surprise it did a number on the already broken Haruna. I honestly feel sorry for her. :(
