Best case scenario:

The big bro, hurt by Yuina, leaves town and doesn't speak to either of them in hopes of forgetting. It's actually kinda sad (but clever on the part of the author) that a harem premise is established but as the narrative unfolds you find out that it simply never was. Haruko was after Adamus and Mami was seeing Tasuku-senpai, or at least unwilling to let go of her remaining connection to him. Ninamori, the girl his age, the classmate, was the only one with any real interest in him.
