I'm guessing this is a volume 1 because to leave us hanging where he left off would be too cruel.

EDIT: I noticed one of the pictures he posted on his website isn't shown in the tank at all, which depicts a naked Shiori Akagi on the right, while on the left is a picture of bath scene with Aihara and Kuro (paizuri). Probably an indicator of a future chapter.
