the prota tooksh is time to realize what was happening xD Also he is it me or the prota, no matter of much he has sex with the infected girls still doesn't lose his sanity or only think of sex. Might be interesting to see a another sequel with this prota once again. After all it's not every day that you see the "don't get infected prota" type or at least only get the good part of the infection.
What's the novelty of a watching a sane guy watching a bunch of people having an orgy? The appeal of being susceptible is that there's a carnal desire that all people have and normally keep under control. There's the anxiety of restraint battling with the urges of release. While the protagonist is running around trying to avoid succumbing, you, the reader, builds up a level of arousal and anticipation of release yourself. You might even be fantasizing to yourself the way in which the protagonist eventually succumbs and are rewarded by the end of the story the feeling of debauchery that is the core of this genre. This take on "infection" allows very little room for an interesting story. Unlike the conventional zombie theme, people aren't pushed to kill, steal, and essentially become bandits. It's not about survival, but sexual restraint. It's about losing your ability to hold back your baser desires (because who the fuck reads hentai to demonstrate their self-control?).
It's "not everyday" you see these protagonists because the appeal of it is limited. Like, what would you even write into a supposed sequel? This guy "heroically" fucks a bunch of sex-zombies so not-immune/resistant people can scavenge for supplies? "Oh no, I have to keep their attention towards me *sucks nipple*"? What if male infected pop up? There's either going to be a swarm of lesser males or one big bad alpha that doesn't seem to go down. At that point, it's going to have a [bad end] or become a monotonous trainwreck.

You're thinking too deep into this, Yesman. This story is less actual Kansen and more of Pollinic Girls, which is not really that bad anyway.
