Always add the full set, since someone can tag your gallery as incomplete and then replace it with the full set !
someone can replace your gallery for the simple reason of not having the cover, if they are enough of a jerk trying to take advantage of the rules and hijack galleries !
So make sure to always upload the full set + cover as to not give the opportunists any chance !
