I was also warned with my forum-posting privileges suspended despite having not broken any rules after my third thread was also forcibly closed.

My warning (by Tenboro himself) reads as follows: "Stop opening threads that have been closed by a mod."

Granted, I'm sure he meant something other than what he said seeing as I do not possess the privileges required to open a closed thread. At any rate, the explanation said mod had given to me (which you can read for yourself in the second thread) also made absolutely zero indication as to me having broken any rule(s) in the creation of any of my threads. The fact that they cannot cite any actual rule-breaking in their attempts to forcibly silence me just goes to show that this is in fact nothing short of censorship as they mean to sweep it under the rug.

However, I hope this serves as a warning for those of you who have been following it here and on 4chan, reddit, and Twitter.

The other one is clearly better anyway...and the images in this gallery aren't clearly original, with all this noise.

Come on, it's IMPOSSIBLE to make files with that type of noise from a physical scan. Physical scans have way different types of noise in them.
And an original digital version isn't blurred and grained like this. That won't sell. The noise comes when you edit and rescale the images on purpose.

I'm not protecting RtS, I know that the buhidoh gallery came the day after this gallery, so he could've uploaded it himself to brag about it afterwards.
But this gallery "garbage" isn't clearly an original.
You can say there isn't anything better (not completely true), you can say that Blurk uploaded first and has priority, but what you can't say is that this gallery has the original files.

Really, I don't really understand why "for the sake of the rules" we should protect this type of behaviour...
