Even if it was someone else who killed the old guy, the heroine was still 90-100% unwilling and was forced into it throughout. She did not surrender her heart or into pleasure and returned to the MC the moment she could. She would had likely killed the old man herself if she had the courage or if it wouldn't have some really adverse consequences for her and the MC. I still stand by what I said, this is much more just straight-up rape and blackmail than netorare.
