I think the typesetter accidentally set the font's anti-aliasing setting to "none" rather than "strong" and "smooth"

I actually translated the first chapter but then saw that it already had a translation. Not sure what the stance on uploading an already translated manga is. The scan is from the tank.

You should keep the pages as .psd's too so you can revert changes if you spot a mistake after publishing.
