It is. This is what I got from DLsite. All of my Comic Penguin Club uploads today (months 4/6/7/8) are from DLsite. And all of them are garbage. I don't know if DMM is better, the download sizes were smaller there so I went with DLsite.
What a mistake that was. If someone has a better digital distributor, let me know.

@hoary Penguin Club digital releases are trash, independent of the platform. It's part of the reason why no one usually bothers ripping them.

That's quite a shame though, some stories in here are really good, but the resolution is too low that it's impossible to even read some Kanjis in this... gosh even on my phone this is still bad, why the hell do they even sell this as digital version ?
