As an honest criticism, your models are too low poly to have realistic features like full-fledged eyelids, and the eyeshadow ends up being too thick, and draws attention to the disproportionate side as compared to the rest of the head which is in a sort of manga-esque styling. I would suggest applying more of a cartoonistic feature for the eyes, slightly shrink and narrow the nose, and giving slightly less color and volume to the lips. Making realistic features for manga characters look appealing is something that very experienced cosplayers and makeup artists are still experimenting with, thus making it neigh impossible for most 3D artists. I suggest taking more time to studying the art of cosplay, human anatomy, the evolution of cartoonism into modern anime, and developments in 3D anime before tackling 3D models of this high of a level of detail.
