I can't quite get the setting (Utaha's obviously doing it to elicit a response out of MC).

My Japanese is pretty basic, but from what I could tell at the end, this is basically Utaha saying "this is what happened to me because you chose Katou." Then she tries to ask him to have sex with her after everything, he says no, and she says he really is Morals-kun and that she still loves him.

So this follows the "main route" of the story where Katou is the main heroine, and is supposed to be the falloff of how mind broken Utaha was that she wouldn't end up with Tomoya. Still hentai logic, but hopefully it's a little more clear that way.
