亞洲國家的NTR和歐美cuckold最大的差別是，亞洲的比較傾向女主做為M，無論面對寢取方和主角都是，很少存在女主對主角進行羞辱的情節

這是為什麼?
主要原因還是在思想上，整個亞洲文化中男性的地位仍比女性高很多(不要下意識就急著反駁...)
我曾注意到某些綠帽小說的讀者，有相當一部分寧願寢取方對主角進行羞辱，也不願看到女主對主角直接羞辱的情節 (這通常會相當gay...我都直接不看)

在這種情況下，女主其實是一種服務者的存在，用來滿足主角男性觀感的東西而已
她在心態上必須比寢取方弱，甚至不能表現的比主角更強

要我說的話，總歸一句這其實是直男癌的心態....(認真沒開玩笑...)

舉一種歐美常見的cuckold作品的要素，通常是interracial類型的
女主想幹誰就幹誰，較強勢，寢取方只是用來讓自己爽的東西，會沉迷肉棒但不會雌畜化變成只能靠肉棒活下去的"物件"
