Yeah, this is the official digital copy right? I saw Juna post a link to it on Pixiv, but these images..... man wtf?
The shading looks like rashes on them. However they scanned this in, it did not go well.

and no, the images don't look weird to me, or no more than might be expected with such a dramatic size resampling (almost a 75% reduction for my size screen), some of the screentones especially can do some funny things when they're resized like that, I wouldn't worry about it :)
