If by tools you mean editing things and the like, try grabbing the editor "paint.net"; gives you layering, clonestamping and outlining tools that can be a godsend for the more complex cleaning/editing jobs. Check out the e-hentai forum editor's section to grab more fonts too if you like, some people there share good paid ones if you ask.
