I rescaled and modified the image to make it look "decent" but I guess it wasn't appealing for you enough...

I apologize if this caused you any unpleasant feelings, I just wanted to share this cute piece of work to the English community... That's all.

(I would greatly appreciate it if you can link me to a better raw scan or a digital copy... I would be more than willing to update this work because I want people to appreciate the beauty of T95-neechan)

Upscaled and retouched bad scans do not somehow equal good scans. They're still bad; they just have a coat of digital paint on top of them.
