No, as the one that controls fate, she couldn't do anything to alter it, but for the last time she relived everything with Sakuya in it at the moment of her "death", she gave her the "time" to alter her own fate, therefore no longer bound to a camera roll but free. Therefore giving her new life and a Happy birthday too.

Does Old Sakuya lack a leg (that it seems bellow her covers)? I don't remember if it's the same leg which was turned into jerky in a previous Zounose doujinshi.

Translation was bad. Page 25 is completely wrong and opposite in meaning to original japanese. Others are also iffy, but that was the worst offender. I think this is why people couldn't get it.
