This is one of the more uplifting stories in guro. No abusive male, no forced rape, everyone dies happily ever after. Well, maybe not in awa's alt ending, since Asuka gets arrested instead of going to the afterlife with Miru.
I thoroughly enjoyed dynamic between the psychopathic main character and the willing participant. Need more of them in guro, or even mainstream manga and anime in general.
