Sooo treasure is the oniichan. The girl who tried to take Nenes treasure is seen running away from their house. Parents seem gone (possibly dead). Dog is gone.
And nene is talking to the girl running from the house telling that she hid the treasure away. Very ambiguous ending indeed.

People seem to be confused about the ending. So, I figured I'd explain it.

The treasure that's no longer there is definitely the brother.

Some time has passed since the beginning of the story as evidenced by the sister's advanced state of pregnancy and the fact that she seems to have already had the baby. You can also notice that the girl in the beginning of the story who was trying to "steal" the brother away from the sister is seen running from the house with the door ajar in the last page. She's obviously in love with the brother and they're on a first name basis so its safe to assume they're close.

The Girl is seen having gone to the house in the last page. Since the sister knew full well that she was in the house as she called her own home phone from a phone booth to talk to the girl, its safe to assume that shit has gone down HARD and the girl is very much aware that something fucked up is happening. The girl has obviously answered the phone(off the dial) but ran off in a panic (as evidenced from her leaving the door open as she runs from the house) without listening to the rest of the conversation held by the sister. This most likely implies that she found something frightening.

The parents are all but certainly dead, and the girl found their corpses. Evidence for this lies on page 16and 19, on page 16 you see the parents chatting at the dinning table, but on page 19 the dining room has fallen into disuse with trash bags covering the entire room. Also, the girl seems to enter their house in the middle of the night, answered their phone, and ran away from their house leaving the door open; the parents are pretty obviously dead. The whole ordeal at the end is likely caused by the parents having been killed because they found out about the pregnancy/baby, and were killed for their obvious lack of support, which caused the sister to have to runaway with the brother and dog. In typical Yandere fashion, she probably gloated to the girl before having left, thus alarming her, which caused the frantic visit from he girl in the first place, and explains why the sister knew she would be at their house.

The sister, not knowing that the girl has ran off already, or purely as exposition for the story, continues to explain in the conversation to the girl that the treasure is "already gone". The treasure is the brother. The girl, having been given vague notions of the situation had rushed into the house to save him. The sister, obviously, already knew that the girl would try and save her brother and has already moved him to wherever her hideout is. The brother and dog are both likely "fine" and are at the hideout, although the brother is still being held as a willing (perhaps unwilling now, with the death of the parents) hostage.

Wow, that makes total sense. Well, it's a pity for the parents. But if the brother is still alive, it's not THAT bad. I assume he's somewhat malnourished, perhaps drugged even, mentally broken and what not. But on the flip-side, he gets to to have sex with his cute sister? So that's his suspension bridge, I suppose. That the only thing he gets to look forward is banging his sister.

Not that it'd be an easy life, as the sister may take some sort of harsh recourse if she's ever driven in a corner for good, in a the form of a "lovers suicide". All the more likely given that she's already held him hostage and murdered their parents, so her mental state is already questionable and volatile at best.

But hey, this is fictional land, so let's hope that the two get to live on their own twisted world for a very long time?
