Sorry this doesn't go with the FlatClub group title. I did this for my friend gammagon's birthday last week, since he really loves Okita. Not only can you see in her second ascension that there is no noticeable wrapping underneath her outfit, but her proportions list her as a B-cup which is roughly on par with Artoria who is also reasonably flat (and we know this as fact because she has canonically appeared naked). Okita has breasts sure but they are not big.
