You are not supposed to upload zero-compression PNG files on gallery.

It's e-hentai's resampling function. The files are uploaded in PNG format but you cannot see the original file unless you have perks. Uploader's fault though filesize should be ~1MB each in proper lossless compression so they can pass the threshold.
