@lightningbarer thats pretty much the way this site works. If you go by the story, sure they are 12, but they dont look it. I think theres another one where she drinks the wrong potion and ends up with Jessica Rabbits figure, but she is still mentally underage in a physically adult body and thats left alone. Compare to Tenchi Muyos Sasami for instance, who is a few hundred (maybe thousand) years old but looks completely loli, so she gets some hot and heavy action from the expunge hammer whenever she shows up. The deciding factor is "Do these characters look underage to someone who doesnt know them?" since the laws against CP cover "depictions" of any kind.

wcchaa clearly you know little to nothing about the HP series. They were 16 during Half blood prince so a 3 year age difference in the movie really isn't that bad.
