the files from where these images were extracted was like this by the person who uploaded this game hcg online in archives.
if the h scenes were already gif files then the zettai junshu pako pako carnival gallery would be much shorter.
it is unlikely that someone would turn a gif image into a bunch of frames to make a gallery.
it is more likely for a bunch of images to be made into gif images like some of arekishi cg sets scenes.
some people on image boards made a few gif images of this game scenes years before this gallery was made..
not all of this games hcg is animated or has animation. the second part has a few pics with short scenes that appear to no
be long enough to be a animated scene or to be made into a gif file.
no mp4,mpeg,gif fules was found from the extracted files.
even so there is missing content due to files missing on the website this games hcg was put into archives.
there could be h scenes that are only mp4/mpeg files , but it is most likely more hcg scens from games like
the older zettai junshu games and boob wars and ultimate boob wars.

Yes, the torrent files of both parts are the same. I did not make two different torrent files with the content of each gallery. I made two identical files with all content.

This is more convenient than leeching and seeding of two different torrents.

No idea what the setting of this game was (the usual free sex permit from softhouse it seemed?), but it's always kind of strange to see a company "whoring out" the heroines of their games for a gachage, unless it's like a flashback with a H-scene with the respective MC.
It's weird that it's becoming pretty normal too, apparently even GIGA is going to do it with their Baldr heroines.
