Am I the only person who is reminded of the vocaloid song "Rolling Girl"?

Feels way too much like that, where the guy at the end was implied to be a personification of her depression telling her it is okay to stop "rolling" since it is so tiring. The "rolling" in this case meant living and breathing, and at the end, she stopped breathing.

I for one don't think that he is actually real. I believe him to be a figment of her imagination, telling her it is okay to stop continuing a pointless existence. Thus I don't find this romantic, only sad. Not saying the story is bad or anything, just giving my own interpretation.

Its not really all that depressing when you consider the fact that life after death in some form is essentially confirmed by the ghost existence. But yeah, given the tone of the manga, is totally plausible that the dude isn't even real.

So here's the plot based on the dialogue. The guy killed himself for some unexplained reason. Couple years pass and the girl enters her first year of high school. It seems that the girl knew the boy before his suicide. That's why she goes to the roof top despite hearing the rumors and risking getting into trouble. She wanted to see the place he decided to jump from and found his ghost instead. It explains why she broke the rules and why she seems to love him. Doesn't seem like she's going to the roof to avoid bullies since there was a girl who invited her out. She spends time with him, does the dirty and decides to also kill herself. She might have had her own problems or just simply wanted to be with him at all times. Pretty bitter Sweet ending.

Emphasis was placed on the girl who invited her to karaoke. This doujin needs a part two so we get the full story.

This reminds me of another manga, but instead of the guy seeing the girl's panties, the girl sees the guy with no pants as she comes to the uppermost area of the building. At some point they have sex right between those grades and you can see the streets from her POV, and it looks really high up.
