For the record, male NTR is COMMON for many non-hentai anime/manga. It is typical for the childhood female friend to get dumped later as the Author usually pairs up the Main Character with the heroine. So this hentai is actually better compared to female NTR since most of us are already exposed easily to Male NTR.
