As I've said before, why sexualize the Xenomorph, when H.R. Giger pretty much did his wet dream of a Biomechanical Woman with the creation of 'Sil' from "Species" (even if we didn't get to see her in all her glory in the movie).

There is a great art book out there about the creation of Sil, though, called "Sil: Species Design"
