Everyone I talked to who bought this was really pissed. The first series told a story - this one does nothing.

Also, why the fuck does Luna Lovegood look like she's on cocaine? She was always really kind of a dreamy, low-key character - not some berserker.

I mean, I don't think this has aged very gracefully in a lot of ways. Some of the simplicity of the first one maybe makes it a bit stronger, albeit a lot shorter. I got a lot of positive feedback at the time, but I can definitely see where you're coming from even if you're not the most diplomatic about it.

Look, I'm not totally ripping you: I think your art (aside from Luna, who just looks crazy) is some of the strongest BBW cartoon material on the web. You nail proportions, but, even more importantly, you do faces and expressions right. 95% of people on Deviantart can't do that. So, from an artistic standpoint, this is good stuff. It's the lack of a second story that threw people - I think they wanted more of the same.

I'd be really interested to see you do a series like this on some other subject matter - a video game, or TV show, or something like that (though Harry Potter has the obvious advantage of getting a bunch of teenage girls together in the same room). Or, heck, even an Engorgio 3 would be neat (although I am not sure who you'd use... I suppose Cho Chang hasn't been touched yet, although Hermione remains the most appealing target just because she's a bit of a prig).
