Interesting but somewhat disappointing.
I like this artist's style but frankly the plot feels weak compared to f_tsf's commissioned work from the same artist.

This is yet another one of those "otaku club-mates turn MC into a girl through magical means and proceed fuck him(her?)" kind of plot (and even considering this, there's not enough after story about how the MC accepts his fate or descriptions of the mental transition. I mean, this might as well have been a girl MC from the start FWIW ...)

@John Abbany Well in this setup he turns into a princess for an otaku club and gets pampered by them, which is a more interesting starting point than the drivel you referenced. (Funny how you non-ironically complain about there not being enough character development, in comparison to a writer who loves to erase the female character's memory thereby rendering zero character development.)

Well I don't get what the need for the gb is in that case...You don't see any physical change (happens in like 1 page) and there's no mental change... so why not just start off with a female MC?

Also, frankly, I don't personally care about character development (It's porn) but I do like when the process of change is somehow shown, be it physically or mentally (and to extend upon that, the MC fighting the changes in a losing battle). But hey, this is just my opinion. I'm not saying the work is bad, just that I'm disappointed with how uneventful the plot is.
