Even in the show i never though her boobs were "flat" compared to other character in other mangas. (Granted, mostly loli and shojo character but there is others like Maka)

well that was interesting commentary on the first few pages and the main bulk was comically meta. Definitely a look back at things before the real doujin boom; though these days due to a number of factors, Naga just isn't that big of a deal by modern standards.

Also IIRC Lina was never truly flat, just small compared to most girls, particularly Naga (who loves to rub in the size difference.... figuratively)
