It doesn't happen in this chapter though. Tags are specific to the content of the gallery, not the entire story.

Being jealous/shocked does not constitute NTR. She was not his.. even though she had wanted to be. Therefore she can not be stolen despite his lust. It's just not NTR at all.

You're wrong. jealous / shocked enough proof that he loved her and she loved Takaaki too.
