Pretty much all the endings you've described have happened in NTR mangas.

The ones where they go back to their partners are more infuriating than this one. Sometimes the significant other never even finds out what happened, the MH all of a sudden realizes who she "loves" and who really loves her. Other times, the significant other finds out about it, but forgives the MH and takes her back. Usually with a kid being born of questionable parentage.

For a while, I've been avoiding NTR stories like a plague. But I've realized that most interesting parts of NTR stories are the premise and the aftermath. So I usually read the first few pages then skip to the last few pages. Anything between them is just a filler. Because I think that all the netori's tricks are dumb and all the stolen girls are stupid and/or never loved their partners. So the fillers don't interest me.
