I feel like the author wanted to turn it into one of those "landlord turning his tenants into his harem" thing where he puts more girls in the building etc. But got side track with the beach scene and ending up making it into a NTRish/romance story lol

Shame really. I would have loved to see this art style go the Landlord Harem theme

You know, I just noticed it as well @biribiri10: we're definitely missing a page. If you look at the untranslated version, page 35 is missing from the translated version:

Thanks for the effort, however IMO pages 168-169 are swapped in the gallery (as it's apparent from the filenames). Also, you've drawn over some bubble text in page 14...
