The catch is that he's appearing in the dreams of the boy he bullies at school, so he gets turned into a sex toy in his dreams.

Interesting premise. MC forgets everything from the dream but is subconsciously affected.
I'm gonna go ahead and guess that at the end of the 7 days he's gonna be broken and use his wish to become a girl. Possibly the girlfriend of the antag. Something along those lines. [Go read the Farfalla series if the thought of this ending intrigues you.]
