What netorare has to be with awareness? By that definition even the legendary Tachibana series is not NTR. It has everything to do with awareness. It's simply the Japanese term for cuckolding. Though you can argue that page 27 justifies the tag. Cheating also has nothing to do with still loving your partner. Simply having a sexual relation with another person other than your partner is cheating. Any other factor doesn't play a role on whether it's cheating or not. For example, a dude fucking some other girl because his established girlfriend is a cunt is still cheating.
