My translation capability isn't as good as Mant or Tigoris, so I just make a abstract translation on page 353 - 355:

1. The final issue of Comic Kou will be volume 30: 2018-11 release (will be published in late September 2018).

2. The paper-copy of the new magazine inheriting Comic Kou will be published from late February, 2019. And it will be seasonal, i.e. in February, May, August and November for next 3 years.

3. Cover illustrator will be the same artist.

4. What's wrong? The editorial board figured out their contents diverted like "red-bean bread" on cover with red-bean-cream bread inside. My explanation is:
The comic should focus on "stories of high-school girls". But some contents are like "adult ladies wearing high-school uniform".

5. Challenge: Digital contents are dominating the whole adult market, paper-copy can't compete well. They will focus on digital releases, too. If we take item (2) into consideration, I guess they will publish digital version every month while paper-copy will be published every season with better design, paper and texture.
