I know the plot annoys alot of people but People trying to rationalize NTR always baffles me. Just enjoy the art and your fap and think plot doesn't exist.

That has been the template for NTR stories for a very long time. The majority of NTR stories are driven by either the Woman's dumbness or lack of any will to resist advances and husband staying on the sideline the entire time. But what you want to see will never come to fruition unless there is demand for it.
Follow the money. The market decides where these stories go and These works are targeted at a certain audience, The NTR Fan Base and they try their best to appeal to them ! Vanilla lovers and other type of audience much less likely to buy the book ! If the author decides to do a 180 at the end and make the MC (NTR Victim) man up and beat the living out of the NTR guy, they might make it much less appealing to their main audience (NTR Fan Base) as well and will loose sales ! Artists are people too, and have to put food on their table !! Now you see why artists don't risk it ?
There is the matter of reputation too !
I can elaborate on this topic alot more but let's leave it at that.

It's been said multiple times, but again, comment sections are typically for discussions. Some people can't fap when the story's a bit off to them. Instead of shouting each other down, why not discuss what you liked/didn't like about the manga.

First two chaps bring the potential for this series to be different from other boring cliche, I had high hopes for this.
Shame it doesn't deliver.

I don't mind people who like ntr but, for as hot as the art is I would prefer they at least have a better story to go with it (yes I am one who reads ntr for plot to see if they do something different with it.) seeing the same plots is like eating the same food over and over. Waiting for Ch.3 translation. So Sensei tells her to leave him? Welp...I don't know how heavy on husbands the divorce is in Japan (like it usually is here in the West), so if that means he's free to move on to a better life, then so be it.
I'm one of the few who dislikes NTR but sometimes read one of these stories, driven by pure curiosity (and the porn obviously, lol)...curiosity to see the results of all the characters' choices, decisions, to see what's gonna happen to the cheater(s), mainly. I was very intrigued by this story, really interested in how things would turn out...and sadly, I waited for a different, more realistic ending. Still a pretty good fap, though.

But I sent a suggestion to the author that an epilogue would be nice...here's what I thought:
After leaving Ryuuma, Emi finds out that Sensei has been lying all the time and he's still married. She demands him to divorce, which he denies...and then she discovers where he lives, shows up at his doorstep and tells his wife everything ((thought a bit of yandere in here)). End result is a heavy argue, followed by the wife leaving Sensei...and him, mad as hell at Emi, actually abandons her too...
A while after, she sees Ryuuma happy with someone else. She either tries to approach him, to which he reacts coldly, or doesn't do anything at all, just thinking about all she's done. Then comes the true regret that is the title of the story.

Itou said this was the end, that it was not meant to be a happy story; fair enough.
But he also said this:

"I thought the story he takes another choice.
I may announce it someday.
It may be another story and people may also be different."

So there's a chance we may see some other story with other characters but somewhat related to this. We just gonna have to wait and see.

Thats the kind of ending im waiting for because one thing to note is that when it show the 'guy' with a boner or jerking of the the girl cheating on him you cant forget that he has history with her and was up to that point emotionally invested in her so once time passes that attachment wears out and if the guy isnt in a 'slave forced to watch/film/ect the girl for the rest of his life' situation he will get disillusioned with her and can be may become incredibly apathetic towards her or cut-throat and that is were the cathartic justice i crave lies but unfortunately people dont normally go that far

I hear ya. I consider apathy worse than a passion crime or bashing on the person...true apathy in this case, not just the person suppressing his/her feelings towards the other; in this case, the emotions are still present, just hidden...true apathy, complete lack of feelings, total indifference...I think I'd feel a lot more uncomfortable with someone literally giving zero fucks about me than displaying hatred.
Now, onto the NTR subject, still considering an NTR scenario for an epilogue...I also thought like this:

Ryuuma accepts her back, still has some feelings for her, but above all of them, pure pity. His heart is broken, his pride is hurt, but he can't help but try to help her out of such miserable state after Sensei abandoned her. Still, his behavior changes completely; kinda balancing with pity is the apathetic posture previously mentioned. Emi tries to make amends with him in every possible way, but to no avail, as even during a night when she's horny and wants to have sex, he doesn't care. Her heart withering away as time passes, until a certain moment: another girl comes along ((possibly a co-worker, a neighbor or anyone else)), shows interest in him...and he actually replies back with a smile on his face. Sadistically, he takes the opportunity not only to meet someone new and better to engage an affair with, but also to punish Emi for her past actions. His resentment towards Emi is strong, and the girl provides him with the love and care that Emi failed to deliver for the whole time they were together before she left him.

But Emi still doesn't know about the affair; she just notices that, as time goes by, he's more and more distant from her...and closer to this new girl. They get along pretty well, like best friends...until she ((the new girl)) makes a final move and seduces him...and he willingly gives in to the pleasure. Worse: he makes sure Emi finds out about it!
Even though he knows this is wrong and does not justify what Emi did to him...he can't help but feel pleasure for making her suffer! (again, add some serious sadism in here)
Now, the possible outcome in the end would be:

* Emi commits suicide, Ryuuma heart-broken (finds out still had strong feelings for her)
* Emi commits suicide, Ryuuma doesn't give a shit
* Emi kills Ryuuma, then commits suicide
* Emi kills Ryuuma, then gets arrested
* Emi ends up completely alone like in the first idea I mentioned a few comments above...and maybe with twice the regret for all that's happened, as she lost both Sensei AND Ryuuma
* Emi ends up completely alone and just moves on with her life, then finding out she's pregnant (Sensei likely the culprit, but could also be Ryuuma, due to Ch. 3). She either aborts the kid or decides to have it, maybe the first right thing she's done in a long time.

This not only would still apply well as an NTR (though a reverse one) but also show Ryuuma kinda becoming the bad guy, the villain...he willingly cheated on her this time, he had the time and cool mind to plan the whole thing, to set up his own revenge. Morally unjustified, but in his own POV, fully justified anyway.
This reminds me that famous saying from Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight...
"You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain."
And, of course, would reflect that Ryuuma isn't a perfect main character.

Anyway, a bit of drama and some plot twists can be very entertaining.

Sure, there are rage moments when you ask yourself why the character(s) doesn't(don't) do this or that, but that's pretty much it. But the expectation of seeing justice being served implies in sadism as well (speaking for myself, heheheh); enjoying the ones who screwed things up getting what they deserve can be quite satisfying (feelsgoodman), even if said satisfaction can be switched to sympathy after a while (holy shit!!!), after seeing said character(s) ending in a deplorable state/situation (feelsbadman).
Not self-immersing in the story isn't something that everyone does, some tend to bring that situation to themselves (again, speaking for myself), wondering how they'd react, what they'd do if they were on the character(s')'s shoes.
