@cycber; Actually I don't think she just accidentally touched him.
The sound effect in that bottom right panel on p15 wasn't translated, but I'm pretty sure it's the sound of a slap. The position of her arm and the way he's swaying to the side are also consistent with a slap having just happened.
IE, Like you said, he was wondering if that sex party from the last night really did happen. And while he was distracted she slapped him, done that way to show he didn't see it coming and was surprised rather than having been hit that hard. Then he looks at her only to see her look back with a flushed look of anticipation. Meaning it was just like they told him. She slapped him to provoke him and was immediately excited thinking of him "punishing" her again later.
Well, there are all sorts of kinks out there. This was an interesting work about one.
