I don’t think the Netorare tag is appropiate. If anything Chion has a thing for Gen rather than the other way around. Sure he finds her hot and is attracted to her but theres nothing else there.

BTW as far as I can tell Gen doesn’t catch them, Chion just imagines the cat is him and it shocks her.

It's a rare NTR doujin of this work. In the original, they are obviously loving each other, but there are still obstacles to overcome. I hope they eventually develop into lovers.
