It was only second hand info from soldiers with a panel of Historia talking to farmboy with a hooded figure beside her. The way the whole thing is set up by Isayama is so that we wouldn't know for sure. Historia could easily been asking the farmboy to pretend to be the father, after all the plan to have her get pregnant so she wouldn't be titanized as soon as Zeke defected was most likely hatched by Yelena/Eren/Zeke, and Eren is her closest male friend. So basically, could go either way still until we get first-hand panels and learn who the hooded person is, etc.
