I love the cosplay but for some reason the face just seems so off. Plus her body proportion seems strange not sure if its just me.

It is not just you. She's rlly shy and therefore standing rlly tight and fixed.
Probably just a bit insecure, not every cosplayer can have a huge ego.
This causes the effect that evrything looks so staged and weird. Doll-like.

Not even trying to sound pervy here, but I'd see her as a challenge to bring out a more feral, hungry version of herself. It would definitely improve her photoshoots. Some of the doll-like characters, that face is perfect. But for so many others, it's off-putting. There is a satisfaction in waking up shy people, aside from the fun of that being done during friskytime.
