Feminization is more appropriate because it's still a man. A dick girl is a woman who has gained, or otherwise has a dick. This is a man who has gained breasts, and enlarged thighs. I look at more than enough gender bender, and I basically never see men with breasts being classified as gender bender.

Gender bender is not a very strict category, nor should it be. It's ALWAYS used in ways that require other tags. Transformation, body modification, feminization, etc. It's a vague category, because there are so many ways it can happen.

Trying to impose stricter rules on it makes it harder for folks who like stuff like this to actually find it, and is more annoying than helpful.
