There's a slight mistake. You accidentally repeated the 24th image (023.png) as #11 (010.png), instead of having the correct immediately post-brainwash machine image. I was looking foward to seeing how you were going to deal with the "brainwashed to speak in feminine language, including feminine first person pronouns" issue in translating that image.

Nice choice to go with "Lago" (from lagomorph and the Greek name for the order) for when Pink is turned into a rabbit, instead of the "Rabi/Labi" of the original. Goes well with "Felis."

The name of the sentai team is also kind of tricky to translate, because it's kind of like the 十二神 but with beast (獣) substituted for the same pronunciation. It's kind of difficult because the 十二神王/十二神将 have original in Hindu yaksha kind of absorbed into some Buddhist sects, and then later identified with the Chinese zodiac (十二支, not to be confused with 二十八宿, the constellations, which are more closely associated with the Western Zodiac). (But tiger / Mihira / Mekira isn't supposed to be associated with the color red in any of these systems.) So Beast Zodiac is as fine as anything, it just seems a little odd when they're then fighting a evil organization named (in katakana) Zodiac. (It almost to me has a sense of Eastern Zodiac versus Western Zodiac with the kanji vs katakana.)

Alcor is clearly right for the head bad guy; he's named after the star.

I was wondering what to call the female general (Shuva) you called Seva. I have to think "it's in katakana. Is this a western star or constellation name; it could be short for シュヴァリエ / chevalier / knight? A Sanskrit term for something, perhaps one of the constellations (it's シュヴァ not シヴァ so it shouldn't be Shiva, but on the other hand シュヴァ is used for the Parameshwara, Maheśvara, Isvara, names/aspects for Shiva)? Or is it a Chinese or Japanese term?"

I deal with feminine language by introducing the "elder sister" thing early and have red unable to call herself a man at all.

I decided against Cheval or something similar for シュヴァ because Cheval means "horse", and she's clearly got a bird motif going. In the end I decided given Felis, Alcor and the Zodiac, everyone should use some form of a Latin naming convention. Thus we have Lago (short for rabbit / Lagomorph) and Seva (Bird / Aves backwards)

I like how the plot starts out with that genuine, saturday morning cartoon feel. Sure it gets dark and thrown out of whack later, but it's a pretty accurate parody of sentai.

it would have been nice if
1. felis' ears were a little more fuzzy and didn't just look super mechanical
2. there was a corruption/sex scene with Lago and the cute, fluffy pom-pops on her hair
