The sex felt a bit bland to me, and the story just felt incredibly typical for hentai and not really worth bothering with, but the facial expressions were actually really good. Especially Mirajane's in the first three pages, you could really see some cute emotions going on there and the anatomy seemed a bit more on point. Fairy Tail has been a favorite series of mine for well over a decade now and I don't see nearly as much new content in the doujin department now that the series officially ended, but I think you've got a great deal of promise. Keep improving, and you might even find me supporting your Patreon one day.
