Its based on the plot of the Summer 2018 Event of F/GO. Basically BB fuses with Nyarlahotep (yes THE Nyarlahotep) and uses her powers to trap all of the Chaldea staff and servants in an eternal 7 day Summer Vacation time loop, forever having fun. Supposedly to protect them from the suffering they will endure in future events, but the fact that she's being influenced by fucking Nyarlahotep gives her a more prominent yandere streak.

The bad end is being trapped in the JP 2018 summer event groundhog day loop forever. The good end is escaping the clutches of BB-Pele-Nyarlathotep and then facing the extinction of humanity some months later (hence why BB wanted to trap you forever).
It's highly dependent on you knowing about the details of the summer event for it to make sense, basically.

Both LOVE the struggle of humanity and are quite sadistic about it, if not cruel... and Nyarlahotep basically does this because what BB does with it's power amuses the Nyarlahotep, greatly.
That is also the shared trait of Foreigner class, some contact with the outer-gods with ones sanity intact. The only reason that BB isn't re-classed as such seems to be that she MUST be Moon Cell to even exist, she any attempt to re-class her is overwritten with Moon Cell

This entire thing reads like a fever dream, nonlinear time flow and adjacent panels jumping ahead instantly. Pretty good representation of what it would be like being in the direct presence of the Outer God of Chaos.
