you have to read all of kanishpanda's other comics to really understand whats going on
basicly this is an 'extreamly' debaucherous version of equestria, chryaslis is not only a 'good guy' but is close friends and lover to her former foes shining armor and cadence
likely this party in question everyone going signed on for exactly what is happening here, she will wake up in a few days likely very sore but content next to her actual husband and maybe have at best a heated word with chrysi about the resulting foal, but thats it.

The story line where Queen Chrysalis (now only a princess) has feral (four-hoofed) ponies, not anthro. There's no reason to assume Chrysalis is reformed in this storyline.
