There's a couple of illustrations I really have questions about. Is page 54 advocating anal during pregnancy, or is she applying ointment to her anus for some other reason? I don't understand the softball on page 80, unless it's following a recommendation I actually saw once to prepare for childbirth by practising fisting. And then page 92 -- why are her labia majora sutured together? This is a practice I've only heard of in terms of FGM, honestly.
