Imagine not having a Vtuber tag, because even though dozens of artsharing sites, boorus, and news sites can all come to the same conclusion on what fits in the tag, that Comiket can give it its own category (since C93, with 400+ titles at C95), all because it's "too hard to define". Then silently adding a tag, and finally having the tag blocked and expunged about a week after that.

You don't have to imagine that, because that's exactly what the forums here did.

This site's tagging systems has always been different even compared to other gallery sites let alone various boorus and such. Getting new tags here can be an extreme pain (having had to go through that process once I am not inclined to again). There seems to be push back from someone somehow usually (granted it is also to make sure the tag can stand up to scrutiny so /shrug).

I just work with the tags here, but I am guessing they the powers that be (admin and mods) figured character names are enough. Personally I don't see why a Vtuber/Virtual Youtuber tag in the parody category would be hard to implement for use. For example if someone who was new to the concept of Virtual Youtubers might now know what names to search but the over arching parody tag would cover that issue. Like I said they run the site the way they want for better or worse

I'm just more annoyed that best girl Yua wasn't here and only has one doujin...T_T. Then again Hanano Mitsu doesn't have anything so I guess I should stop complaining about Yua.

The animation only covers a handful of virtual youtubers, and while some of them may get the majority of doujins, it leaves out others like Nora Cat, Sana, Uni, Magrona, Inuyama Tamaki and countless other Virtual Youtubers who are not in or even directly related to anyone in the anime.

It's just a shock that the tag was made and then /revoked/ for a reason I'm still struggling to comprehend, when its the 7th most popular thing of this comiket. I understand if the problem will be put at the forefront during the animes debut and the weeks throughout, but unless the tag is going to encompass the entirety of Virtual Youtubers who are going to get doujins, it'd kind of just cause more problems. And 99.5% of Virtual Youtubers aren't going to be in the anime.

But I digress. Nojaloli "breaking" the fourth wall in page 8 is pretty cute and fitting for him.

I can't be the only one to find so many bubbles with text tilted for several degrees mildly annoying.
It's fine for sfx and screams/moans/exclamations, but Varrel goes overboard and applies it to most bubbles.
