It's a strange expression that literally means "having a small vessel/container", and when used to describe people, has many meanings, including (but not limited to): being stingy with money, not admitting one's faults, complaining about things and other people when things don't go your way, not taking others' advice... how does all this shit even fit into one expression? Anyway, I went with "inflexible" here, since it at least has a fraction of the intended meanings.
