Summary: MC and girl become friends over writing novels, other guy appears out of nowhere and takes interest in girl. She quits writing as she becomes more obsessed with sex and masturbation, and the MC is distraught with her quitting. Seems pretty silly, not sure how this is NTR. What you would expect to be the "your dick is better" line on page 37 is:

"Between sex and writing novels, which do you like more?"
"Eh? I don't know... something like that.."
"But.. right now..sex might be better.."

The Japanese MADE the term NTR.
This doujinshi is MADE by a Japanese person.

By the standards you guys set out, True Blue (a definitive netorare story where the NTR target is a childhood friend that isn't the MC's girlfriend even) is no longer netorare, NTR, or any variation of the term at this point.
NTR is a VERY broad meaning term that the Japanese use it on a lot of situations, that even what happened to Yamcha (Vegeta getting it on with Bulma) is considered NTR even though he's an asshole who cheated on Bulma left and right.
I mean, THE TITLE has NTR right smack dab on it and even that's still not enough?
