Dude, just about everyone in the world feels some amount of embarrassment when their junk gets stared at, American, Japanese, or otherwise. Only people I can think of that wouldn't get embarrassed over that are nudists, exhibitionists, and flashers (there may be some overlap with those categories, but the point stands).
