The jittering is part of the characteristics of that type of image. It's one of the types of pseudo 3D imagery -- to switch between two images with different perspectives; the 'nearer' parts of the image shift more, and your brain reconstructs it as a three-dimensional object. Look up "wiggle stereography" for more information.
